Roxburghe Hotel Wedding
Weddings truly are the most important events of our lives — and that’s a lot of pressure! It’s good to see weddings where nothing at all went awry. That’s why we’ll be taking notes from Katie and Sohail.
On the day of their Roxburghe Hotel wedding, the couple spent the morning getting ready. Katie looked timeless in her satin wedding dress that appeared to have been wrapped around her body. For contrast, she also wore a feathery wrap around her shoulders and held a bouquet of pale roses and Scottish thistle. Instead of a veil, she had attached a white floral accessory to her hair. Sohail also looked quite handsome in his traditional Scottish finery.
If a picture is worth a thousand words, our photographs tell quite the love story. From the ceremony to the reception, Katie and Sohail couldn’t take their eyes off each other. But then, that’s the way it should be! After the couple had their first dance, we took a few last photos under the streetlights of Edinburgh and let them get back to the celebration.
