Archerfield House Wedding
Lynne and Martin had one of the most intimate weddings we’ve ever had the pleasure of attending. The event took place at the Archerfield House, a historic country house that is now a hotel. Fortunately, the old fashioned interior of the mansion perfectly complemented the bride’s early 20th century inspired dress. Simple elegance was the theme of the event. In fact, that is precisely why the ceremony itself took place in such informal surroundings.
The guests entered the salon and sat down in the chairs and sofas that were scattered around the room. Martin and his best man wore simple, three-piece suits. In contrast, Lynne and her maid of honour both wore richly embroidered gowns. After the sweet, personal ceremony, the small party ventured over to the dining room and enjoyed the wedding meal. Overall, the couple was quite happy with the Archerfield House wedding ceremony and the reception. As for us, well, you can see the photos right here!
